功能介紹

高度計是一種測量設備，主要用於設定或測量垂直距離，也可用於在工件上重複標記固定高度。常見於金屬加工與計量作業中。
指針設計經過加強，可作為劃線工具，協助劃線於工件表面。使用劃片的底面作為基準，也可進行物體高度的精密測量。

類型介紹

目前 Xer.Xes 高度計提供以下三種類型：

• 單管鑄座（游標式）高度計
  傳統結構，穩定耐用，適合基礎量測需求。

• 雙管附表高度計
  具備表盤顯示，讀取直觀，提高量測效率與精度。

• 單管與雙管電子高度計
  數位顯示，支援多功能測量與資料輸出，適合高精度需求場域。

Originally co-designed by engineers from Mitutoyo Japan, and further refined through the dedicated efforts of our Taiwanese team, the Xer.Xes Height Gauge blends Japanese and Taiwanese technical excellence.
Quality is strictly maintained by a team of skilled Taiwanese technicians, and our products are now widely distributed through various metalworking and hardware suppliers, earning the trust of machining and inspection professionals.

Functions

Height gauges are precision measuring tools primarily used to set or measure vertical distances, and to mark repetitive measurements on workpieces.
They are commonly applied in metalworking and metrology tasks.
The reinforced scriber can be used for marking lines on workpieces, and by using the base of the scriber as a reference surface, the height of objects can also be precisely measured.

Types

Xer.Xes Height Gauges are available in three main types:

• Single Column Cast Base (Vernier) Height Gauge
  Traditional design, highly stable and durable, ideal for basic measurement needs.

• Dual Column Dial Height Gauge
  Equipped with a dial indicator for easy reading, offering improved measurement efficiency and accuracy.

• Single and Dual Column Electronic Height Gauge
  Featuring digital displays and multifunctional capabilities, perfect for high-precision applications and data output needs.
